We charge a one-time fee of $250 for an on-site consultation. The consult fee includes a site visit and immediate assessment of the need for staging or other services based on our experience. We have helped sell hundreds of homes so we can give you a professional assessment based on years of experience. You will also receive a written summary of the recommendations.
If you choose to proceed with staging services, we will be happy to work with you on the right level of support and introduce you to our network of home professionals who provide various levels of service to prepare the home for sale.
